Please make plans now to attend our next mission day at Delta Grace on Saturday, December 2. These trips are a great way to serve and to spend time with family, friends, small groups, or Sunday School classes. These trips are designed to be intergenerational and kids 7 & up may attend with a parent or grandparent.

Anyone considering membership with our church as well as recent new members are invited to a four-week New Member Class led by our senior pastor. This class will meet during the Sunday School hour in Room 402 beginning October 15. This class is a great way to meet people, to learn how to grow in your discipleship, to get to know our pastor, to learn more about our doctrinal commitments, and to find ways to plug into, and to serve through, our church.

If you have missed our pastor’s Sunday School session about the structure and doctrines of the Global Methodist Church, there is a summary video of that session on our YouTube channel (

Our church app has been updated and is back online. You can access it on any App Store by searching for “Madison Methodist Church.” The app has contact information, an online giving option, links to our social media, our daily Bible Reading plan, ministry links, and much more.

There are two tracks – a Bible Track that covers every book of the Bible and a Theology Track which covers theology, apologetics, and world religions. These groups meet weekly on Tuesday mornings from September to May. Participants can meet at the seminary, join the class live via Zoom, or watch the class later.

Dr. Matt Ayars, president of Wesley Biblical Seminary, is teaching a three-week series about the Holy Spirit in the MPR during the Sunday School hour. If you miss a session, you can find those videos on our YouTube Channel (
