We will have a visitor event on Sunday, December 10, in between the Christmas Choir Cantata performances. This New Door event will meet in Room 402 (second floor, Education Building). It is a great opportunity for our guests to meet the pastors and staff of our church, to learn more about the ministries and missions of our church, and to meet other people. 1. Our Staff Parish Relations Committee chairperson announced yesterday that Rev. Robert McCormick will be coming to Madison Methodist Church early next year to be our new Associate Pastor. Robert is currently the Associate Pastor at Trinity Methodist Church in Gulfport. His wife, Shaunna, is an educator and is currently teaching in middle school. Robert and Shaunna have eight-year-old twins, Evelyn and Hollis, and a three-year-old daughter, Libby.
You can still share a Lord’s Acre offering electronically by clicking the Give tab on the upper right-hand corner of this website, by mailing a check to our church (Madison Methodist Church 100 Post Oak Road Madison, MS 39110), or by placing a check in the offering plate at one of our upcoming services. Check needs to have “Lord’s Acre” written in the memo line.

Shower Power is a local organization restoring dignity to the less fortunate, one shower at a time. Through the end of November, we will be collecting backpacks, towels, and wash cloths. Items must be new or gently used. There will be a collection box in the Fellowship Hall to gather donations. For questions or more information, please contact Diane Goolsby (601-214-3726).
